Graduating from the University of Bolton in 2010 with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, my career has enabled me to work in a variety of settings both clinical and sporting and now more recently the classroom! ? Since the birth of my two little boys Harry (2017) and Charlie (2019) I've come to understand the effects of having babies, on not only a mum's body but also on the time we put away for ourselves; which has lead to me becoming a Pfilates Instructor, developing my knowledge of pelvic floor health and pregnancy related musculoskeletal conditions, further strengthening my skill set in injury rehabilitation and pre-habilitation; also adding mum and baby Pilates classes to my class timetable. ? In clinic, I work with a variety of clients such as; those who are recently recovering from orthopeadic surgery, suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and post nantal clients, those recovering from sporting or non sporting injury and those who wish to escape the world and relax! ? I'm constantly learning and updating my knowledge and skills to further aid my self development and my clientele; this love of passing on my knowledge to others has recently opened up a new pathway into teaching and I now teach for Fitpro Training Academy on their Level 3 Sports Massage Course and hope to deliver on their Level 3 Pilates Course in the near future. ? In July 2019, my appreciation of 'Self Care' and practices for a healthy mind body and soul lead to the organisation of my first retreat day and since then my lovely team and I have been delivering day long retreats to bring about balance to our clientele.
