working a mixed career to date in the nhs and sport. I have first hand experience of working alongside shoulder consultants and have set up and ran shoulder rehabilitation programmes. I have an Msc in injury and therapy and completed my research in rotator cuff injuries. I also work in womens football and work with a variety of university sports
