I have over 9 years experience as physiotherapist in the NHS and the private sector, and am the musculoskeletal clinical lead physiotherapist at Spire.We rehabilitate lots of post operative shoulders at Spire, referred by the surgeons who work from here, Mr Hackney and Mr Walsh. I am a qualified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and use core stability/ correction of muscle imbalances as part of my rehabilitation with patients.
