Since achieving a first class honours both in an MSc Physiotherapy and BSc Sports and Exercise Therapy Degree, I have worked within senior professional football clubs at Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United. Working within an elite environment has greatly enhanced my knowledge of sports injuries. The experience I have gained in injury rehabilitation and prevention has helped me to improve people's day to day life and performance.
