Charlotte trained as a Physiotherapist at Cardiff University and graduated in 2013. After graduating Charlotte worked in South Devon at The Fire Fighters Charity rehabilitation centre, based at Harcombe House. It was here that she developed her passion for holistic, exercise-based rehabilitation and started her training as a Pilates instructor. After taking some time out to travel and compete in surfing competitions in Australia, Charlotte returned to North Devon, where she worked within the NHS prior to moving home to Jersey to start her career at Elevate. Charlotte has a keen interest in shoulder and back injuries and is passionate about working with clients to get them back on track to reach their personal and professional goals.
