I offer Physiotherapy consultations for acute and chronic injuries as well as pre and post operative rehabilitation. I also teach Matwork and Reformer Pilates. I have a room at Elemental Health and a reformer studio around the corner. My main goal is to get my clients back to doing what they love as soon as possible.
