It was good to finally get answers. Everything was so efficient and all the staff were very kind. The minute I went in I was put at ease and Prof Funk answered all my questions and I knew exactly what was going on with all steps of my treatment. It was a completely different experience all for the positive from my last surgery in a different hospital. I felt involved in my care and all my worries/concerns were dealt with appropriately. The follow up calls were much appreciated to check in to see how I was.  Thank you so much for everything you have done to help me.
