I found all the people I came into contact very helpful and welcoming. In particular the nurse who was in charge of my care on the day of my surgery. Dr Kulkarni was very reassuring and really good there were no problems at all with anaesthetic. Every time I called the office Jade was extremely helpful and dealt with things quickly. Professor Watts was as always the ultimate professional, reassuring, informative and one of the best surgeons I have had contact with. Finally it was reassuring to have Linda call to check the day after that things were OK and she was available for questions a few days later.
